You can expect Tamarack to share with you the actual pricing we receive from our tradespeople, estimated costs based on experience from prior projects, and explanations in advance of our pricing structure. We are not interested in being salespeople; we are just your preferred general contractor for the future. You can feel comfortable knowing everyone involved in your project shares the same commitment to transparency and that you will receive the most value from your project possible.

Tamarack uses a select core group of contractors that have worked together year over year. If you look back in our gallery of projects, the majority of the same contractors, sub-trades, and businesses have been involved. We simply are not interested in growth as an organization without the level of quality you expect from a local specialized contractor. Much like our pricing philosophy, the billing process is something we make completely transparent for you. All our invoicing is done, usually, on a monthly basis and represents the invoicing we've received from our sub-trades and our services as your general contractor.
We also offer you a 10% holdback as per the Builder's Lien Act, as well as providing you with paid receipts from our sub-trades as the project progresses. As a homeowner, you should expect nothing less from your contractor, and by being transparent with our pricing, we are happy to share with you the same numbers and paid receipts from the people we work with. Quite simply, you can rest easy knowing your project is being managed professionally.
